• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process:

• Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

• Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.

• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Refund or Exchange:

• Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process a refund or exchange as per your preference.
